What is Cognitive Shuffle? It is not emptiness. It makes thinking less compatible with staying awake.

認知洗牌法由西門菲沙大學的認知科學家 Luc Beaudoin 博士提出。 核心概念很直接:當腦中出現的是快速、隨機、彼此無關的意象時,大腦比較難維持那種有劇情、有壓力、會越想越清醒的思考方式。

Cognitive Shuffle was introduced by cognitive scientist Dr. Luc Beaudoin at Simon Fraser University. The idea is simple: when the mind is occupied by quick, random, unrelated imagery, it becomes harder to sustain the narrative, stress-heavy thinking that keeps many people awake.
